Frequently Asked Questions
Can I pause my band's subscription?
Touring in the summer and no gigs in view this winter? No problem, you can pause your band's subscription at any time. Just go to your band's settings and click on 'Pause Subscription'. You won't lose any data, and you can resume your subscription at any time.
I'm part of multiple bands, how much will I be charged?
If you are just a member of those bands: $0! Only the creator/administrator of a band needs to pay.
What happens if I'm no longer part of any band?
Your sheet music, lyrics... all of your data will still be available in the app. That's the perfect time to add more songs to your own repertoire, untill a new band picks you up!
I'm a solo artist, do I also need to be in a "band"?
Yes. You have to be part of a "band" (even if you're the only member) to be able to schedule gigs and manage setlists. The main purpose of SetPilot is to synchronize members around a setlist running on a Live stage. Still, even as a solo artist, you can benefit from Gig management and Setlist arrangements at a very competitive price point!
Why charge for band creation?
SetPilot really shines when everyone in the band is using it, it would make no sense to "force" other members to subscribe to a paid plan. On the other hand: servers, bandwidth... $5/month help us keep everything else free.
