Welcome to SetPilot! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SetPilot mobile application ("App", "Service"), developed to help musicians and teams manage and sync their setlists in real time.

By using SetPilot, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

You must be at least 13 years old to use SetPilot. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for any content you upload to the app (e.g., setlists, sheet music). You retain ownership of your content, but by uploading it, you grant us permission to store and process it as needed to provide the service.

If you choose to link your Google Drive account, SetPilot will request permission to access specific files or folders to import your sheet music. We only use this access to provide the functionality you request and do not share or sell this data.

You agree not to use SetPilot to:

• Violate any laws or third-party rights.
• Upload harmful, abusive, or infringing content.
• Interfere with the app’s security or operation.

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect and handle your data.

Some features may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us at [your support email].

We do our best to keep the app running smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change or be discontinued at any time without notice.

SetPilot is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect damages or losses resulting from the use or inability to use the app.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the app means you accept any changes.
